Celebrated chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix is known for his original take on British gastronomy and his love of foraging and discovering wild food. He has also written extensively about his passion in his cookbooks and weekly Telegraph column. Mark has created a menu featuring the best seasonal, wild and foraged food and will spend time with guests throughout the evening in the Wine Bar sharing a foraging tale or two.
