This boneless joint cut from the top of the back leg is extremely lean and tender. In this master class you'll learn how to take it down to top side guided by our Master Butcher and team. You can then enjoy a glass of wine with braised venison and side dishes, plus take home your prepped top side.
Tickets include a masterclass with our Master Butcher, a braised venison with wine, plus your piece of prepped meat to take home and cook.
