Chuck Eye Steak Delmonico
£20.00
This relatively unknown steak is from the shoulder of the animal where it meets the forerib. It has similar characteristics to ribeye in terms of marbling and flavour which has led it to being sometimes called the 'poor man's ribeye'.
All our beef is grass-fed and sourced either from our own Somerset farm, or from other British farms who share our values. For depth of flavour, our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days.
