Make steak night even better with the superb Prime Rib. It is a thick cut ribeye steak with the bone left in. Leaving the bone on helps the meat to cook more evenly which in turn keeps the steak juicier.

Expertly reared on our Somerset farm or by British farms who share our values, our beef is grass-fed and comes from native breed cattle. For depth of flavour, our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days.

Delivery information

We deliver nationwide. To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed by midnight on the preceding Thursday. Our chilled and frozen items are packed using ice packs and environmentally friendly Woolcool.

"This very impressive rib of beef has some decent dry-aged notes. The fat cap is crisp and has done it's job basting the muscle, which is tender and flavourful. The fat has rendered very well. It is juicy and succulent with plenty of marbled fat and an open texture. Aged well, there are plenty of deep beef notes for a maturation of 28 days."
"This is a generously sized joint with a good ratio of muscle to fat. It carved easily and had a pleasing chew. The fat has a good depth of flavour, and adds complexity to the meat. The meat is 'beefy' with some tender sweet notes."

Storage instructions

Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.

Our award-winning and 100% British beef and lamb are reared on our 1000 acre farm in Somerset, which backs directly onto the FARM SHOP Somerset, and other local, like-minded farms.

Our livestock is made up of Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and Wagyu cattle, and Mule and Exlana sheep.
