Dried Figs (35%) (Sulphites), Elderflower Vinegar [White wine vinegar, Elderflowers, Sugar] (23%), Apples, Brown Sugar, Onions, Mustard seeds, Ground Ginger, Salt, Cinnamon, Allspice, Cloves, Cayenne pepper.
Westcombe Cheddar
Raw cow's milk, salt, no additives.
Bath Squares Heritage
Wheat Flour, Butter (Milk) 17%, Autolysed Yeast, Salt, Full Cream Milk Powder, Cream of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate

We will always do our best to provide the products listed, however, due to the limited nature of some of the ingredients, we occasionally may need to substitute our foraged chutney. The replacement will always be similar, and will be of the same value or more.
From Our Orchard
Our delicious Medium Cider begins its journey on three orchards across our estate in Somerset. The farm’s heritage apple varieties are ready to be harvested in October, both by hand and using a fallen apple harvesting machine. They are then transported 15 minutes away to be sorted, pressed and fermented.
