Hand forged in Somerset from a single piece of steel, this BBQ fork by Alex Pole is great for turning steaks and sausages on the barbecue. Finished with a handy leather loop.

The unique ‘black’ stainless appearance is created when the steel is heated to over 850 degrees and dark oxide forms on the surface. To retain this look, the oxide is lightly polished and oiled but not removed.

Fully dishwasher proof.
