An excellent barbecue cut, our Butterflied Leg of Lamb is best enjoyed when rubbed with spices and herbs, then grilled over coals or cooked in the oven. Thanks to being butterflied it is quick cooking which makes it suitable any day of the week.
Our lamb are grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
