A rich, sweet and delicately floral chutney made to be enjoyed with all cheeses. The sweetness of the chutney balances well with strong and tangy cheese.

We use elderflower foraged by our in-house forager, Kenny, from the Somerset countryside.

Using the farm and seasonality as inspiration, they collect grains, berries, fruits and vegetables to create a unique range of sustainable and low-impact pickles, preserves and sauces that vary depending on what they find.
