We deliver to most addresses in the United Kingdom.

Is there a minimum order for wine delivery?

There’s no minimum order for wine delivery. Shipping is charged at £5.95 per order.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is £5.95; Saturday delivery is £9.50.

Same or next day delivery, available in London only, is £19.95.

Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes, we offer click and collect from both our Mayfair and Somerset stores. You can select this option during the checkout process.

When will I receive my order?

You can select your desired delivery date during the check out process.

Can I return something?

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with our customer service team, mentioning your order number, via customerservice@farmshop.co.uk.

Due to the nature of fresh food, we will be able unable to accept returns of some items.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Currently, we don’t have gift vouchers on our website – though we are working on it! We have gift vouchers available to use in our Mayfair and Somerset stores.

Somerset

Where is Farm Shop Somerset located?

We’re located in the heart of Bruton, Somerset, on the edge of our working farm, at the site of Hauser & Wirth Somerset.

How do I get to Farm Shop Somerset?

Bruton station is under a 10 minute walk away from the site. From the train station, turn left up the hill and follow the gravel footpath and signs to Hauser & Wirth Somerset.

We’re 1 hour and 40 minutes away from London by train from Paddington, and 1 hour and 10 minutes away by train from Bristol Temple Meads.

What cheeses are available at the deli counter?

At the deli counter, you’ll find a selection of some of Britain’s finest artisan cheeses, carefully sourced from small dairies and trusted cheesemakers.

Which of your products have received awards, including Great Taste Awards recognition?

Many of our products have received recognised awards. Our orange marmalade was awarded a bronze at the Dalemain World Marmalade Awards. Several of our farm-reared meat products have achieved 3* ratings at the Great Taste Awards, including our rack of lamb.

Which cheeses are sourced locally in Somerset?

We offer a selection of locally sourced Somerset cheeses from the South West, including producers such as Westcombe Dairy, Feltham’s Farm, Montgomery Cheese, Buffalicious, and the Bath Soft Cheese Co. Our team are always on hand to share samples and recommendations to help you find the perfect choice.

Do you offer food experiences, butchery classes, or workshops, and how can they be booked?

Yes, we regularly host a range of food experiences, including tastings, events and workshops with our suppliers, as well as seasonal butchery classes led by our expert team covering everything from BBQ classics to Côte de Bœuf; you can explore upcoming events and book your place by visiting our What’s On page.

Are there electric car chargers?

Yes, we have electric charging available on-site throughout the day. This costs 60p per KWH.

Is there parking on site?

There is a free car park on-site where guests can park during opening hours.

Is Farm Shop connected to Hauser & Wirth?

Yes – Farm Shop is connected to Hauser & Wirth, but not as part of the gallery itself. Farm Shop Somerset shares the same site at Durslade Farm in Bruton and are part of a wider concept that brings together art, food, farming, and community.

Are dogs allowed in the shop?

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in Farm Shop.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open from 9am–6pm Thursday to Saturday, and 9am–5pm Sunday to Wednesday. Find our most up-to-date and seasonal opening hours on our Farm Shop page.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers can be purchased here and are valid for one year.

Farm Shop Mayfair is located at 64 South Audley Street, London W1K 2QT.

How can I get to Farm Shop Mayfair?

The closest tube stations are Bond Street, Green Park and Oxford Circus – all within walking distance of Farm Shop Mayfair. There are plenty of bus stops nearby too.

Is there parking nearby?

You can find pay-as-you-go off-site parking in the surrounding area.

Are dogs allowed in the shop?

Yes! Well behaved dogs are welcome in both Farm Shop Mayfair and Wine Bar.

WINE BAR

Where is Maid of Bruton wine made?

Maid of Bruton is the wine we produce from grapes grown in our Durslade Vineyard, located just five minutes from our Farm Shop in Somerset. Set beside the River Brue and just a stone’s throw away from ancient Roman terraces and sitting on a gentle eastern slope of clay and limestone, our vineyard is comprised of approximately 8,000 vines.

What is Bacchus wine?

Bacchus is one of the most well-known and popular wines in the English wine industry, particularly suited to the British climate. We grow it in our Maid of Bruton vineyard, where it develops bright notes of zesty tropical fruits, nettle and elderflower.

What does Bacchus wine taste like?

Bacchus wine is typically fresh, aromatic and crisp, often compared to Sauvignon Blanc – though usually lighter and more floral.

What is the Farm Shop cider made from?

Our award winning Medium Cider is crisp and refreshing, made with heritage apple varieties from our Somerset orchards.

What is Wine Bar at Farm Shop Mayfair?

We are a relaxed wine bar beneath Farm Shop. We offer an extensive list of wines from around the the world, with wines from our own Somerset Estate. Alongside, we serve seasonal small plates made with Farm Shop produce.

Where exactly is Wine Bar inside Farm Shop Mayfair?

Find us directly beneath Farm Shop Mayfair. Enter through the main Farm Shop entrance and follow the signage guiding you downstairs.

What are Wine Bar's opening hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 10pm, and on Sundays and bank holidays from 12pm to 4pm.

Do I need to book a table at Wine Bar Mayfair?

Table reservations are availble via our bookings page – but we are always happy to accomodate walk-ins.

What food does Wine Bar serve?

The menu is full of our finest Farm Shop meat and produce, offering a range of sharing boards, cheese and even chicken from our rotisserie.

What cheeses are available at Wine Bar?

We serve a wide range of cheeses, from British favourites like Somerset cheddars, buffalo mozzarella and nutty goat’s cheeses, to international selections such as Vacherin Mont D’Or, all carefully matured in temperature-controlled rooms to enjoy at their best.

How many wines does Wine Bar Mayfair offer?

Enjoy a glass, carafe, or bottle of wine from around the world with our international and varied wine list featuring 150 bin wines.

Does Wine Bar serve wine from its own estate?

Yes we serve all of our Maid of Bruton wines from our Somserset vineyard – available by the glass or bottle.

Can I buy wine to take away from Wine Bar?

All our wine is available to take away, with a 30% discount off our standard prices.

Can I hire Wine Bar Mayfair for a private event?

Wine Bar is available for larger groups and events birthday celebrations, business lunches and wedding receptions. Our unique spaces, both the intimate lower-ground floor and the bright, inviting ground floor, are available for private hire. Get in touch with our team here.
