Honey Fudge

Rich, golden and deliciously crumbly, our new Honey Fudge has been perfectly sweetened with the natural goodness of our Somerset honey.
Cared for by The London Honey Company, our bees visit a variety of flora in and around the vineyard from which they collect pollen and nectar, the resulting honey is delicate but still full of flavour.
Made by Meg’s Cottage Fudge, based in Bradford on Avon near Bath.

From Our Hives
Our honey is produced by bees kept on the wild landscape of our Somerset estate. The variety of flora from which they collect their pollen and nectar creates a unique flavour with each season, be it summer or spring.
Our bees also play an important role in ensuring biodiversity throughout our gardens.
