Ogleshield is a semi-hard cheese, created by Jamie Montgomery and Bill Oglethorpe. The wheels are washed in brine every three days, softening the cheese and producing a moist rind. This softness makes it the ideal cheese for melting, whether that's in a toastie or scrapped onto potatoes for a raclette-style treat.

Delivery information

We deliver nationwide. To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed by midnight on the preceding Thursday. Our chilled and frozen items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.
