A traditional Italian festive treat, the Panettone di San Patrignano is prepared according to a recipe that has been handed down through generations, using only natural ingredients and a mother dough that is over 30 years old and cared for by the members of the community.
The structure of the panettone is the result of three consecutive days of preparation and nourishment of the sourdough with double leavening of 24 hours. Soft raisins, Ribera orange peels and fragrant Sicilian cedars candied by hand, perfectly marry the natural flavouring deriving from the combination of honey and vanilla pods.
