Barnsley Chops are among the top prime cuts available on a lamb, they are cut from a cross-section of the loin, meaning it is essentially a double loin chop. It is a hearty chop and highly favoured thanks to its tender and beautifully flavoured meat.
Our lamb is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.

Cooking Tips
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over a medium-high heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare.
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
