Cooking Tips
Chicken thighs are well suited to curries, stews and for frying.
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Drizzle generously with oil and season with salt, pepper and preferred herbs and spices. Place in the oven for 30 minutes, until the internal temperature of the thigh reaches 74C.
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
