Our Onion Marmalade is the perfect balance of sweet and savoury, with a rich, tangy flavour from slowly caramelised onions and red wine vinegar. A versatile condiment, it's a great companion with mature cheeses, pairs nicely with cold meats, spread in a ploughman sandwich, or dolloped onto a classic pork sausage.
