This indulgent Easter egg is studded with light, airy toffee, made with honey harvested from the bees on our Somerset farm.

Our honey is produced by bees kept on the wild landscape of our Somerset estate. The variety of flora from which they collect their pollen and nectar creates a unique flavour with each season, be it summer or spring.
Our bees also play an important role in ensuring biodiversity throughout our gardens.
