Sweet and full of flavour, our classic apricot jam preserves the best of this summery fruit, combined with a hint of lemon to complement the natural sweetness. A vibrant fruity jam, it's delicious spread on a thick slice of sourdough, swirled through greek yoghurt for a breakfast treat, or as a glaze on roast chicken or gammon.
Made in small batches in our Somerset kitchen, using fresh English apricots.
