This dinner party favourite needs no introduction, we make our beef Wellington by covering the tender beef fillet in homemade mushroom duxelles, wrapping in Italian prosciutto and encasing in puff pastry, ready to cook at home.
All our beef is grass-fed and sourced either from our own Somerset farm, or from other British farms who share our values. For depth of flavour, our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days.

Cooking instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 deg C, Fan 180 deg C or Gas 6. Remove the Beef Wellington from its packaging and place in an oven proof roasting tin. Cook for 20-25 minutes for medium rare and 30 minutes for medium. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.

Storage instructions
Upon delivery, please place in the fridge until fully defrosted and cook within 48 hours. This item has been previously frozen and may partially defrost during transit, please do not refreeze.
