A whole leg of lamb, boned and rolled to give an easy-to-carve roast perfect for 4-6 people. Lamb leg is one of the most popular joints due to being a lean and very tender part of the animal, the flavour is beautifully delicate, a perfect Sunday roast.
Keeping in line with our belief that we should eat only what is in season, the summer months see spring lamb giving way to slightly maturer hogget. Read more here.
Our hogget is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
