A deliciously sweet additional to your breakfast table or winter cake, our Caramelised Apple Jam combines sweet Bramley apples with warming cinnamon and vanilla.

We’ve used apples picked from our farm trees. They are then taken to our Farm Shop Kitchen, and carefully made into our Caramelised Apple and Cinnamon Jam.

Our delicious Apple Seasonal Heroes start their journey from three orchards across our estate in Somerset. The farm heritage apple varieties are ready to be harvested in October, both by hand and using a fallen apple harvesting machine. They are then transported to our Farm Shop kitchen to be made into these limited-edition seasonal products.
