A traditional Italian Easter Colomba cake made by San Patriagno in Italy and prepared using a recipe that has been handed down through generations. This Chocolate Chip version is a perfectly sweet version of their traditional 'Colomba de Pasqua', which translates literally as 'Dove of Easter'.

The Colomba di San Patrignano is made from high quality raw materials including 100% Italian flour. The mother yeast which, for 14 years, has been cared for and worked by the children of the community, is the essential ingredient to obtain the light and fragrant cake. The structure of the dough is the result of three consecutive days of preparation and nourishment of the sourdough with a double leavening lasting 24 hours. A mix of dark and milk chocolate chips, crunchy hazelnuts and flaky almonds create a deliciously sweet Easter cake.

We deliver nationwide. To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed by midnight on the preceding Thursday. Our chilled and frozen items are packed using ice packs and environmentally friendly Woolcool.
