Our Christmas pudding is bursting with rich vine fruits, zesty citrus peel, festive spices such as ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, and is laced with Somerset Ice Cider for a sophisticated touch.
Our traditional pudding comes presented in a Pyrex bowl ready for steaming on Christmas Day and wrapped in reusable cloth.

Cooking INSTRUCTIONS
To microwave, remove the packaging. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes depending on the strength of the microwave. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
To Steam, remove the outer packaging leaving the paper cover. Place bowl in a steamer over boiling water for 1 hour, do not allow to boil dry.
