Made for Farm Shop by Bristol-based Psychopomp Microdistillery, our sustainable gin is created using excess fruits and vegetables to give the gin a unique, complex and fresh character.
Handmade in small batches in our Farm Shop Kitchen, our team handcrafts this seasonal gem in January and February when the fruit is at its peak.
