Winner of the Silver Award at the 2024 Dalemain World Marmalade Awards, our Clementine and Gin Marmalade is a good balance of vibrant, sweet citrus flavours combined with dry bitterness from Farm Shop's 'lop and top' gin. Made for Farm Shop by Bristol-based Psychopomp Microdistillery, our sustainable gin is created using excess fruits and vegetables to give the gin a unique, complex and fresh character.
Handmade in small batches in our Farm Shop Kitchen, our team handcrafts this seasonal gem in January and February when the fruit is at its peak.
