Delivery information

We deliver nationwide. To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed by midnight on the preceding Thursday. Our chilled and frozen items are packed using ice packs and environmentally friendly Woolcool.

"This is an enticing, glossy, plump sausage with good spicy pork aroma. The coarseness of the mincing is well judged to give a good mouthfeel and the level of fat and meat gives an excellent juicy texture. The flavour profile has all the classic character of a proper Cumberland sausage with the seasoning and spicing working in harmony with the pork notes to give a flavoursome sausage."

Cooking tips

Pan fry in a small amount of oil, or place under a grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn regularly and cook through, until the juices run clear.

Storage instructions

Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
