Our Dandelion and Orange Spread is a unique take on a classic breakfast staple. The addition of dandelion petals, foraged on our Somerset estate, gives a subtly sweet yet earthy taste to the zestiness of the orange. Perfect for slathering on warm bread or swirling into yoghurt for an afternoon treat.

To forage is to search and collect food from nature, typically through wild landscapes – and that’s exactly what our in-house forager, Kenny, does. Using the farm and seasonality as his inspiration, he collects grains, berries, fruits and vegetables to create a unique range of sustainable and low-impact pickles, preserves and sauces that vary depending on what he finds.
