Apple peel, peach stones, carrot tops and parsley stalks are pressed and distilled to create a gin with a unique, fresh and complex flavour.

"The aroma is enticingly candied citrus noted, seductively fragrant and rounded. This impression carries through to the palate, with layers of sweet orange, zesty herb - and we can imagine those peach stone almondy notes and crisp apple peel. Persistence is great, delivering layers of balanced flavours on the aftertaste. Not one for tonic, we felt, which disturbs the pitch-perfect balance - more a great sipper over ice. A unique profile, beautifully executed."
