Our sweet and tangy fruit vinegar comes in three exciting flavours: Raspberry, Chuckleberry and Rhubarb. Infused with honey from our Somerset hives, the fruits are steeped in gut-friendly unpasteurised Cider Vinegar for one month before being bottled. These unique vinegars are incredibly versatile and can be used in many different ways, from salad dressings and meat marinades to a refreshing drink.

Our Raspberry fruit vinegar delivers a blend of the sweet and tangy flavours of raspberries to give a refreshing and mildly acidic taste.
A Chuckleberry is a hybrid fruit, a mix of a redcurrant, gooseberry and jostaberry, another hybrid fruit. The combination of these fruits results in a sweet but sharp taste, making it the perfect berry for a fruit vinegar.
For our Rhubarb vinegar we’ve use forced rhubarb, which is when rhubarb is kept away from natural light inside where the only source of light is from candles. Growing rhubarb this way produces vibrant pink stems that have a sweeter taste than the usual tartness of rhubarb.

Delivery information

We deliver nationwide. To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed by midnight on the preceding Thursday. Our chilled and frozen items are packed using ice packs and environmentally friendly Woolcool.

Our honey is produced by bees kept on the wild landscape of our Somerset estate. The variety of flora from which they collect their pollen and nectar creates a unique flavour with each season, be it summer or spring.

Our bees also play an important role in ensuring biodiversity throughout our gardens.
