A fiery Jalapeno and Wild Garlic Hot Sauce, crafted with wild garlic foraged from our Somerset farm. Perfect for adding a kick to burgers, a dash on scrambled eggs, or drizzling over homemade tacos.

From Our estate

To forage is to search and collect food from nature, typically through wild landscapes – and that’s exactly what our in-house foragers do. Using the farm and seasonality as his inspiration, they collect grains, berries, fruits and vegetables to create a unique range of sustainable and low-impact pickles, preserves and sauces that vary depending on what they find.

Due to their nature, all of our foraged range is available in small-batch exclusives only and subject to availability.
