Out of stockTaken from the most tender part of the animal, Loin Chops comprise of a T-shaped bone through the middle of the cut, with succulent and very tender meat either side. The meat is lightly marbled and well suited to frying or grilling for a quick midweek meal.
Our hogget is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
