Lamb Loin Chops

Taken from the most tender part of the animal, Loin Chops comprise of a T-shaped bone through the middle of the cut, with succulent and very tender meat either side. The meat is lightly marbled and well suited to frying or grilling for a quick midweek meal.
Keeping in line with our belief that we should eat only what is in season, the summer months see spring lamb giving way to slightly maturer hogget. Read more here.
Our hogget is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
