An economic cut, Lamb Neck Fillet is a brilliant slow cooking cut. It's marbling of fat throughout the muscle gives stews, soups and curries a fantastic flavour which is ever so slightly sweet thanks to the grass and herbage the lamb grazes.
Keeping in line with our belief that we should eat only what is in season, the summer months see spring lamb giving way to slightly maturer hogget. Read more here.
Our hogget is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
