Our lambs are grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.

Cooking tips
Remove from the fridge and bring to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180. Place the lamb leg in a roasting dish and cook, uncovered for 1 hour 45 minutes, or 1 hour for half a leg. Rest before serving.
1.2kg - 1.3kg (Half Leg) serves 4
2.4 - 2.6kg (Full Leg) serves 6-8
Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
