Dorset sea salt infused with wild garlic leaves picked on our Somerset farm. The mild garlic flavour is a great addition to all meat. Best used to finish dishes, during cooking or rubbing into raw meat in preparation to grilling or roasting.

We use wild garlic foraged from our own Somerset farm by in-house forager, Kenny.

Dorset sea salt is harvested by hand from the mineral-rich, pure waters along Dorset’s famous Jurassic coast. It is one of the cleanest, purest, and freshest sea salts available, with a distinct mineral flavour.

Delivery information

Free delivery when you spend over £60. Otherwise, it’s £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery. To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday. Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.

Our wild garlic salt can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. It's fabulous as a finishing salt for barbecued meats, sprinkled over seasonal veg or baked into fresh bread.
