Hand-pressed using finely minced lamb and fresh mint, our new Minted Lamb Burgers offer a delicious twist on Easter traditions, perfect for Easter. Fire up the BBQ or grill indoors, served on a fresh bun with tzatziki, dill-pickled cucumbers and lettuce.
Our lamb is grass-fed and reared on our Durslade Farm where they enjoy pastures of natural grasses, herbs and wild flowers.
