Nettle Cordial

A spring concoction, nettle cordial is a deliciously sweet syrup with a refreshing and slightly earthy flavour. To serve, we suggest mixing with sparkling water and ice for a refreshing summer drink. Optionally, add Farm Shop Dry Gin for a light, herbaceous cocktail with a sustainable twist.
Made with foraged nettles, a flowering plant native to Europe, found on our Somerset estate.

To forage is to search and collect food from nature, typically through wild landscapes – and that’s exactly what our in-house forager, Kenny, does. Using the farm and seasonality as his inspiration, he collects grains, berries, fruits and vegetables to create a unique range of sustainable and low-impact pickles, preserves and sauces that vary depending on what he finds.
Due to their nature, all of our foraged range is available in small-batch exclusives only and subject to availability.
