Rhubarb Hot Sauce

Made using the finest Yorkshire forced rhubarb, our Rhubarb Hot Sauce gets its name from the addition of cayenne chilli which provides an enjoyable kick. Be warned, this is a moreish sauce, perfect with pork.
Sourced from Yorkshire’s ‘Rhubarb Triangle’, dating back to the early 1900’s, forced rhubarb is transported indoors and grown in dark sheds lit only by candle light. The result is a less bitter, sweet taste and a vibrant pink colour.
