Love them or hate them, mince pies are a Christmas classic. Our crumbly shortcrust pastry pies are filled with rich and sweet dried fruits, mixed citrus peel and warm spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, plus a splash of brandy for good measure.
