Our Somerset Sausages are handmade by our expert butchery team, and made using select cuts of pork and Somerset grown apples. A slightly sweet but savoury sausage which is bound to become a favourite.

Cooking Tips
Pan fry in a small amount of oil, or place under a grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn regularly and cook through, until the juices run clear.

Storage instructions
Keep refrigerated once delivered and consume by the use-by date. If frozen before expiry, our meats can be frozen and used within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze.
