Taking apples grown on our Somerset orchard, our spiced quince and apple cordial combines the natural sweetness of apples with tartness from quince to create a unique and refreshing cordial.
We use apples picked from our farm trees, they are then taken to our Farm Shop Kitchen, and carefully made into this perfectly spiced Quince and Apple Cordial.

From our orchard
Our delicious Apple Seasonal Heroes start their journey from three orchards across our estate in Somerset. The farm heritage apple varieties are ready to be harvested in October, both by hand and using a fallen apple harvesting machine. They are then transported to our Farm Shop kitchen to be made into these limited-edition seasonal products.
