Our Strawberry and Elderflower Jam is made with foraged elderflower, giving fresh, floral notes to the intense fruitiness of our favourite Summer berry. The perfect breakfast spread, lather on buttered toast, dollop on yoghurt, or try with freshly baked scones and a good helping of cream.

To forage is to search and collect food from nature, typically through wild landscapes – and that’s exactly what our in-house foragers do. Using the farm and seasonality as his inspiration, they collect grains, berries, fruits and vegetables to create a unique range of sustainable and low-impact pickles, preserves and sauces that vary depending on what they find.
Due to their nature, all of our foraged range is available in small-batch exclusives only and subject to availability.
