"This dark red jam has lovely rich colour and smells beautiful. The fruit feels lovely on the palate. It is set nicely and we like that the fruit has broken down but is not stewed. This is strawberry all the way! It is fresh and fruity with good balanced acidity. It is unadulteratedly fruity with bright fresh strawberry flavour. This is a lovely jam."
