Our best selling Vegan Wellington is handmade using a medley of fresh vegetables including butternut squash, cauliflower and British fava beans. This is then covered in mushroom duxelles and wrapped in a vegan puff pastry lattice.

Delivery information

We deliver nationwide. To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed by midnight on the preceding Thursday. Our chilled and frozen items are packed using ice packs and environmentally friendly Woolcool.

Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 deg C, Fan 180 deg C or Gas 6. Remove the Vegan Wellington from its packaging and place in an oven proof roasting tin. Cook for 55 minutes until golden brown and hot throughout. (Appliance times may slightly vary). Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.

Storage instructions

Upon delivery, please place in the fridge until fully defrosted and cook within 48 hours. This item has been previously frozen and may partially defrost during transit, please do not refreeze.
