RECIPE: Honeycomb Crunch Ice Cream
Combine our delicious chocolate coated honeycomb with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce. A delicious, simple dessert!

Ingredients
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream (or more!)
- 100g 70% dark chocolate
- 100ml single cream
- 120g chocolate coated honeycomb
Method

STEP 1
Break the dark chocolate into pieces and then put the chocolate and cream into a bowl and heat it over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until it’s piping hot.

STEP 2
Scoop the ice cream into serving dishes, break the honeycomb over the top and then pour the chocolate sauce over (or leave for your guests to do).
