Recipe: Christmas Mess
Cranberries have become an integral part of Christmas Day celebrations, often served alongside the Christmas Day turkey. Mix it up and try our Christmas Mess, made with our FARM SHOP Cranberry Sauce, meringues and whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 500ml double cream
- 80g caster sugar
- 40-50 vacuum chestnuts, halved or quartered
- 150-200g ready-made meringue, broken into pieces
- 250g Farm Shop Cranberry Sauce
Method

STEP 1
Either make meringue to your favourite recipe or grab some from a shop. Then break the meringue into pieces.

Whip the cream and caster sugar together.

STEP 3
Soften the cranberry sauce by warming it in a pan of boiling water. Then carefully fold it into the cream with the chestnuts and meringue.

STEP 4
Serve in coupes or in a bowl.
