The Distillery
From crafting spirits in the basement of their house using a makeshift still made from copper pipes and a stovetop pressure cooker, Psychopomp Microdistillery was born. Using their own handmade copper pot stills, they produce gin through single-shot distillation—a traditional process that results in a gin superior in texture and flavour.
Our Spirits
Working with the team at Psychopomp, we have created a sustainable Lop and Top gin, which is delicious served over ice with your favourite garnish. This gin has also been used to create our Negroni and Winter Spiced Negroni ready-to-drink cocktails, as well as our tasty Summer Cup.
