The Turkeys
Tim Way’s turkeys are slow-grown for around 27 weeks, allowing them to mature naturally and develop rich flavour and tender texture. They roam freely and enjoy a rich diet of locally grown grains complemented by herbs, apples and pumpkins.
This thoughtful approach ensures full traceability, a genuinely high-welfare life and incredible depth of flavour. The kind of centrepiece that makes Christmas dinner feel truly special.
