THE DAIRY
An innovative brand, White Lake pushes the boundaries of cheese creativity to craft British artisan cheeses. At White Lake, they make a collection of award-winning goat, sheep, and Guernsey cow cheeses. The goat’s milk comes from Roger’s herd, primarily made up of French Alpine goats.

The Cheese
They create semi-hard cheeses like Pecorino and Rachel, which have beautiful colours across the rind from the maturation process, as well as ash-coated lactic cheeses such as Driftwood, Tor, and Pavé. There are also Solstice soft cheeses, which have a beautiful golden yellow colour, among many others.
