Using wild garlic from our Somerset estate, these Wild Garlic Pickles are a punchy take on a classic pantry staple. Put atop our Wagyu X burgers, in a cold cut sandwich or alongside cheese and charcuterie.
We use wild garlic foraged by our in-house forager, Kenny, from the Somerset countryside.
