"A handsome looking steak, this is beautifully browned and has a great marbled texture. The flavour is excellent with buttery aged notes and plenty of iron richness. You can taste the grass. There is length on the finish. It is clear to us that the husbandry and butchery are excellent."
"There were deep meaty notes on the nose and this followed through to the palate. There were wonderful grassy notes on the palate and the texture melted in the mouth but had enough bite to allow the beefy notes to linger and fill the senses. There was plenty of juiciness that filled the mouth with exquisite beefy notes. Subtle caramelisation added to the delight."
