The secret to making the perfect roast potatoes, our 3 star award-winning Wagyu Dripping is made by rendering Wagyu fat and adding a touch of Dorset Sea Salt.
Made using fat from Wagyu and Wagyu X cattle reared on our Somerset farm.

"We loved the beef depth that coated the mouth and persisted. Reminiscent of old fashioned beef-dripping from by-gone days. We could not fault it.
When melted, this creamy dripping yields a golden liquid with a rich, beefy smell. On the palate there is grassiness as well as deep savoury notes and hints of hazelnut, with a long finish that coats the mouth and lingers on the lips."

Our award-winning and 100% British beef and lamb are reared on our 1000 acre farm in Somerset which backs directly onto the FARM SHOP Somerset.
Our livestock is made up of Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and Wagyu cattle, and Mule and Exlana sheep.
